You: Hi, I saw that with a new two year contract I could get a free Juke with purchase of KRZR, but then I logged in and that deal wasn't available.
You: I am eligible to update my phone.

LaShanna: Are you two or more lines eligible for an upgrade?
You: one line is eligible now, the other isn't until 4/22
You: although both were purchased at the same time and have always been re-upped at the same time
LaShanna: In order to get the buy 1 get 1 free offer both lines on the account has to be eligible for an upgrade.
You: What do I have to do in order to move my number to a different carrier?
You: Specifically AT&T
LaShanna: You will have to contact AT&T to get that information. I'm sorry.

You: We currently have two broken phones. We're paying for service we're not using. An early cancellation is cheaper than a new phone at retail. Is there a good reason to stay with Verizon?

You: No.

You: No. The last time we upgraded was also because our phones had given out. We
You: We've had four phones die in three and a half years. None have been treated roughly or dropped or dumped in water, etc

LaShanna: We offer refurbished phones at the local store that should be cheaper.

You: It would depend on the price. I've had bad luck with refurbished phones previously.
